Job Description
You will join a service team that handles standard product upgrades and repair related opportunities. The Brisbane office is friendly, supportive, and offers one on one and team training to help you settle in quickly. This area of the business is high volume, commercially strong, and relies on quick turnaround times and quality customer communication.This is a quoting and inside sales role working with warm leads only. Leads come from service teams working onsite as well as from campaign lists and followup pipelines. You will deal with customers such as body corporates, office buildings, retailers, and aged care clients.
Qualify each lead, gather the right information, and prepare accurate quotes.
Manage a steady workflow, usually sending four to six quotes per day once trained.
Follow up with customers to convert proposals into bookings.
Work through campaign lists to reduce backlog and maximise opportunities.
Support national sales teams by managing standard product enquiries so they can focus on larger accounts.
Work to company processes around safety, quality, and communication
The Successful Applicant
Someone from inside sales, sales support, logistics coordination, warranty, or a customer service background would thrive in this environment. You'll be comfortable communicating over phone and email and enjoy working at pace. You'll have the ability to work independently, but also build strong relationships with technicians, customers, and your broader team.
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting customer needs.
The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of industrial or manufacturing products and services is advantageous
