About the Role
The Domain Architect – Enterprise Technology role is responsible for the technology architecture of key internal business areas at Cbus including HR, Finance, Risk, and Compliance, and the general architectural governance of internal business applications.
In the role, you will govern all aspects of technology architecture, riding the ‘architect elevator’ to refine architecture strategy and plan & implement solutions with business leaders and cross-functional technology teams.
About You
To be successful, you will need strong business, technology, and engineering acumen. Experience working in cultures with strong business & technology partnership is highly valued, as is the nous to work closely with engineering teams. You will need great communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the influencing & facilitation skills to support great decision making. You will need to be familiar with commercial business tools such as those for ERP and HR, patterns for their integration, and ideally familiar with engineering bespoke internal applications. and be familiar with technologies for bespoke internal application development such as Microsoft Power Platform.
Ideally, you have domain architecture experience from the financial or risk management sector, with a robust understanding of regulatory environments. Familiarity with APRA standards is a plus, with strong value placed on knowledge of frameworks like Essential 8, NIST, and APRA’s CPS 234 and CPS 230.
