Administrative Assistant Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Accounting and Financial Management

* Financial Administration: Assisting with financial tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
* Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.


Additional Duties

* Team Support: Supporting the management team with daily operational requirements.
* Communication: Coordinating with trades, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
