As a Duty Manager, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations across it's primary venue, ensuring consistent service excellence and upholding the organisation's premium standards. Key Responsibilities:

* Managing daily venue operations across across it's primary venue

* Leading and supporting frontline teams to deliver high-quality service

* Overseeing opening/closing procedures, compliance, and operational standards
* Responding to guest enquiries and maintaining a premium customer experience
* Supporting safety, security, and responsible service requirements
* Contributing to continuous improvement and community-focused initiatives
* Maintain a business portfolio such as Bars or Labour or Compliance.

What You'll Bring: (We hire on attitude and train for technique)

* Experience in hospitality leadership or supervisory roles
* RSA, RSG Level's 1 - 4, Victorian Gaming Licence, TAB Manager.
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* A sound understanding of System 1 and Excel
* A commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and community values
* The ability to lead by example and support high-performing teams
* A passion for service excellence and guest satisfaction
