We are looking for an Associate Program Manager to join our Medical Education team.

Responsibilities
* Relationship management skills in a sales/marketing function within a team workplace or independently.
* Strong product and procedural knowledge.
* Understanding and knowledge of key competitive landscape.
* Support development of educational content utilizing HCP input.
* Support program development with guidance from others.
* Maintain collaboration with broader Medical Education, product marketing, sales training, etc.
* Lead Medical Education program coordination, logistics and content delivery.
* Organize in‐class or virtual courses.
* Identify what we want to measure/track and the most appropriate method.
* Understand our Medical Education and business strategy.
* Provide input to future plans.
* Assist in defining business metrics.
* Provide data and input to plan.
* Understand KOLs profile and start networking.
* Understand and provide input to training and Medical Education workstreams.
* Gain expertise in Medical Education programs and adapt programs with customer's needs.
* Understand the different communication channel strategies.
* Partner with Marketing Communications to develop communications plan.
