Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Dealer Credit Manager, you will be responsible for processing applications in accordance with Nissan Financial Services credit standards and regulatory guidelines, whilst providing a high level of service to our dealers as well as internal and external customers.
Undertake Dealer and Fleet credit assessments within required timeframes
Register security interests and administer security documents in line with departmental policies and processes
Create/amend customer details in operating systems and registers following credit approvals and receipt of executed documents. Complete monthly follow up for credit review information and outstanding conditions of approval.
Assist the Senior Commercial Analysts on commercial credit assessment and settlements as well as assist with general Commercial Credit queries and settlements
Ensure that no regulatory compliance breaches occur in department and no policy exceptions occur without written justification.
Ensure delegated projects, responsibilities are completed within the allocated timeframes
Qualifications
You will bring to this role
Tertiary qualifications in Commerce/Business/Accounting or several years' equivalent industry experience
Experience in accounting and/or finance and exposure to commercial lending
Preferred exposure to Dealer or Fleet lending and commercial processes
Positive attitude with a high attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively
The ability to work both independently and within a team
Experience in automotive or financial services industry preferable
