About This Role
This is not a leadership role squeezed in between clients.
This is a purpose-built OT Team Lead role, where leadership time is prioritised, protected and valued.
You will:
* Maintain a meaningful clinical caseload (because you love being an OT)
* Lead, mentor and develop our OT team
* Shape the future of the OT department — systems, pathways, culture and capability
* Play a key role in student placements and new graduate development
* Grow yourself as a leader through structured coaching, mentoring and leadership programs
This role is ideal for an OT who wants to build something, not just hold a title.
What You'll Be Building
As OT Team Lead, you will be instrumental in:
* Developing clinical pathways, frameworks and resources
* Coaching OTs through challenges, growth and confidence-building
* Supporting students and new grads to become exceptional clinicians
* Strengthening systems, processes and service delivery within OT
* Contributing to long-term strategy and department growth

Your Role Will Include:
