About the role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all on‐site construction activities at our residential community project, Élan in Warner QLD.
This is a permanent full‐time and hands‐on leadership role responsible for ensuring all our homes are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
Our project portfolio is continually evolving; site allocations will change in line with project commencements and completions. Flexibility to work across various project locations across the Brisbane and Gold Coast area in the future will be required.
Key responsibilities
* Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
* Interpret building plans, regulations, and relevant codes of practice
* Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company policies
* Monitor build progress against project schedules
* Conduct quality control inspections at all stages of construction
* Manage site documentation and reporting
* Liaise with clients, inspectors, and senior management
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Skills and experience
* Current Builders/Supervisors Licence
* Proven experience delivering medium density residential projects
* Experience in fast‐paced volume housing environments
* Basic understanding of civil infrastructure
* Solid understanding of building regulations and compliance requirements
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Demonstrated project management capability
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
