You will be responsible for the day-to-day presentation and overall aesthetic appearance of our beautiful Scape assets in Brisbane. Key responsibilities are as follows:Daily cleaning of public areas including using a carpet cleaning machine and floor scrubbing machine in common rooms, lounges, theatre, outdoor terraces, gym, and laundry.Being fully aware of health and safety obligations.Hours of work will generally be Mon – Fri starting between 6am and 8am, with some occasional weekend work as required.Weekly and monthly cleaning of student rooms.Help prepare our buildings for open houses and tours.We want someone who:Has an eye for detail.Can prioritize tasks and has time management skills.Works well independently and as part of a team.Has the ability to operate cleaning equipment.Is fully aware of health and safety obligations.Can work with and relate to young adults while maintaining professional and cultural sensitivity and boundaries.Has 1-2 years of cleaning experience in hotels or commercial spaces.Our culture is fun and supportive!
