As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Business Development Manager who shares our passion for excellence and innovation, and who can help drive our next phase of growth.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with strong sales experience, knowledge of the cleaning industry, and great people skills. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building lasting relationships, and securing new contracts across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Melbourne and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
- Develop tailored cleaning proposals and quotes for prospective clients.
- Represent Castiel Facility Services professionally at meetings and industry events.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Compensation Structure
- Month 1: This is a commission-based period, where you will receive a generous percentage on each contract you successfully secure. This allows us to build trust and assess results together.
- Month 2 onwards: A base salary plus commission structure will be discussed based on your performance and contribution.

- Proven experience in sales, cleaning, or facilities management.
- Strong networking skills and confidence in connecting with clients and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
