Phoenix Source & Select is seeking reliable Pick Packers for an ongoing casual position in a busy manufacturing and warehouse facility in South Windsor. You’ll be handling aerosol cans and related packaging products, so attention to detail and safety is important.
About the Role:
* Monday to Friday
* 7:30AM – 4:00PM
* Ongoing casual role with ASAP start
* $31.18 per hour
* The site is a large, fast-paced warehouse and production environment with automated lines, palletised stock, and forklift activity
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing aerosol cans and other finished products
* Palletising stock for dispatch
* Repetitive manual handling and lifting (up to 20kg)
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment
* Working in a fast-paced team setting around forklifts, conveyors, and production areas
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous warehouse or pick packing experience
* Physically fit and able to lift and move stock safely
* Reliable with a strong work ethic and attendance
* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Reliable transport to South Windsor
* Steel cap boots and high-vis vest
