* Involves customers in key decisions on major repairs or replacements, providing clear and timely updates on job progress
* Promotes and supports the use of genuine parts, offering trusted advice to help customers maximize the performance and reliability of their equipment
About You:
To be successful, you will need:
* Relevant trade qualification
* Industry experience in earthmoving, construction, quarrying, and open cut mining
* Well-developed communication and customer service skills
* The ability to work autonomously and as a team as required
* Demonstrated and proven ability with electronic devices
* Experience with diagnostic and information systems (ET, Vims, SIMSi, and SIS)
* Commitment to a high level of workplace health and safety
