The Role Working closely with the operations manager you will undertake a varied role supporting both facility operations and compliance requirements: Managing inductions, site access (tag boards/visitors) and contractor coordination across the facility Coordinating training and competency requirements, including high-risk licences and site compliance Supporting EHS processes including maintaining risk registers, coordinating committee actions and assisting with audits and inspections Handling general administration including purchase orders, invoicing, PPE coordination and maintaining facility master data Utilising internal systems to ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements while keeping site operations running smoothly Your Value Candidates will ideally come from a site-based administration background within mining, construction or a similar industrial environment, with exposure to compliance and EHS processes. However, candidates from a strong administrative background with a willingness to learn and develop within a site environment will also be considered. Previous experience in a site or facility administration role (essential) Exposure to EHS / WHS processes and compliance systems (essential) Strong administrative skills, including purchase orders, invoicing and record keeping (essential) A high level of organisation and attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders A proactive attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Experience coordinating training, inductions and contractor management (highly regarded) Experience with risk registers, audits and compliance reporting (highly regarded) Exposure to ERP or training/compliance systems (e.g. SAP, INX, WorkPro) (highly regarded) What's Next?
