The Role
My client is currently seeking a Drainage Foreman to lead a skilled team across several residential subdivision and civil drainage projects. In this leadership role you will oversee daily site operations, manage your crew, and maintain the highest standards.
Key Skills & Experience
* 5+ years experience in Civil drainage
* Strong knowledge of drainage systems
* CCC approved ideal (not essential)
* Strong leadership ability and able to motivate a crew
* Health & safety focused, good written and verbal communication
* Competent in reading and interpreting plans and designs
* Full driver's licence with WTR (Class 2 is an advantage)

* 45 hours minimum per week Monday - Friday (Saturdays when required)
