The Senso Ground Training Instructor will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of training, assessment, development, and evaluation within the Joint Helicopter School. This position involves direct instruction to Navy ab-initio students, as well as engagement with Boeing Defence Australia (BDA), Navy, and Army Instructors.
Training will be conducted using a blended learning environment, incorporating CBT, Tactical Part Task Trainers, and classroom-based tutorials. The instructor will provide support for ground-based training, catering to the diverse needs of the veteran community.

Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
* MH-60R Seahawk helicopter platform experience
* Qualified Aircrewman Sensor Instructor or equivalent
* Vocational experience as an ADF Military Flying Training Instructor
Additional desirable skills include knowledge of Maritime Tactical Operations, Maritime Airborne Mission systems, and Naval Recognition.
