We are looking for a technically capable and detail-oriented Graduate Architect to join our growing in-house design team. This role is ideal for someone with strong Revit skills and a working understanding of construction and buildability, someone who doesn't just draw but understands what they're drawing.
Under the guidance of our experienced Architectural Team Lead, you'll be contributing to real-world projects in commercial, residential. You'll have exposure to cutting-edge pre-construction workflows and get to work closely with structural engineers, consultants, and the wider delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce clear, compliant, and detailed architectural documentation in Revit
• Support the coordination of construction drawings with engineering teams
• Participate in reviews of documentation for accuracy, constructability, and code compliance
• Respond to markups and feedback from the team efficiently and independently
• Take part in project team meetings and site observations (as needed)
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong Revit proficiency MUST– demonstrated through portfolio or test
• Sound knowledge of construction detailing and documentation
• Ability to interpret and apply Australian building standards (a plus) **Some industry experience via internships, placements, or graduate roles
• A proactive learner who is curious, detail-focused, and team-oriented
Ideal Candidate Will Be:

**Able to take direction from senior staff and adapt quickly to feedback
• Interested in building efficient, buildable design, not just high concept
• Enthusiastic about modular or prefabricated construction methods (bonus)
This is an immediate start, temporary full-time position for an initial period of 3 months with a possibility of extension to a permanent position, for the right dedicated candidate.
