Details: Are you an expert in Surveying and or Leasing and an individual keen to be involved in driving innovation? The City and Environment Directorate is seeking a highly skilled Director to lead the Surveying and Leasing aspects of the new eDevelopment system and associated business processes. In this role, you will oversee business change initiatives, develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies, and build strong relationships both internally and externally with industry stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include identifying and mitigating risks, inspiring and educating teams, and representing our eDevelopment Program in industry workshops and showcases. If you have a passion for solving complex business challenges and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for a candidate with relevant tertiary qualifications in the building industry, surveying, leasing, technology, urban planning, or a related field. As such, you should have proven experience in the building industry, associated technology or government contexts. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills are essential. Eligibility/Other Requirements:
* Experience in working with, or in the public sector would be highly desirable.
* Experience using Microsoft DevOps in an ICT project would be highly desirable.
