A high-growth healthcare services company backed by highly regarded private equity investors, the business is well funded with a clear mandate for continued growth. The executive management team is strong, the board is cohesive and the private equity investors have a brilliant reputation. The Challenge This is an ideal role for an individual with outstanding FP&A, strategy, corporate development and data analytics experience. Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include: Support the CFO and leadership team through the provision of insights & analytics enabling them to develop and execute strategic plans Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process, developing models to accurately forecast performance and providing monthly budgets driving accountability across business units Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions, including market expansion, and investments Conduct commercial reviews and financial analysis of key business opportunities and strategic projects Analyse business performance data, identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction and recommend process improvements to enhance outcomes Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics Produce monthly board reports, management accounts, and other financial reports for senior leadership The Expertise It is a given that you will be an experienced commercial finance executive.
