Silver Search is partnering with a highly regarded orthotics provider to recruit an experienced Administration Manager / Executive Assistant for their head office. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role within a supportive, patient-focused organisation.
About the Role: As the Administration Manager, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day running of this busy paediatric focused orthotics practice. Working closely with the leadership and clinical teams, you will ensure exceptional service delivery and efficient administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all office administration, including reception, appointment scheduling, patient records, data entry and inventory management
Provide high-level administrative support by managing calendars, organising meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes
Act as the main point of contact for patients, families, carers, medical professionals and external stakeholders
Coordinate office supplies, contractors and facility maintenance to ensure a professional and organised environment
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow, communication and productivity
Support the wider team with additional administrative tasks as required
About You
Previous experience in a medical, allied health or community healthcare setting (highly desirable)
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple clinic schedules
A flexible, adaptable approach and strong problem-solving capability
Warm and confident communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MYOB
Experience working within NDIS-registered organisations (highly regarded)
Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to handling sensitive information
A genuine enthusiasm for improving processes, supporting team success and contributing to a positive patient experience
