Job Description
The role of the Support Worker provides professional intervention to young offenders subject to youth justice intervention, with the aim of reducing re-offending.
Key responsibilities include demonstrating cultural competence, providing strategic human resource consultancy, managing dual roles in monitoring compliance and intervening to address issues, working collaboratively with stakeholders, preparing reports, and undertaking record and information management tasks.
