Permanent People are working with an established and highly respected specialist recruitment business in Brisbane to hire their first Principal Consultant as part of an exciting growth phase.

The Opportunity
You'll be working directly alongside the founder/owner, a proven expert in the contract IT market, helping to build out a high-performing desk within a business already recognised for its deep product-led expertise.
The focus is firmly within enterprise technology markets such as:
* Dynamics 365
* ERP / CRM
* FinOps
* SAP
This is a fast-paced, high-trust environment where you'll have autonomy, support, and genuine long-term progression.
Who They're Looking For
This role will suit someone who has:
* Strong experience in contract tech recruitment (agency side)
* A proven track record in 360 billing and client development
* Exposure to enterprise systems markets (Dynamics, ERP, CRM etc.)
* The ambition to relocate to Brisbane and build something meaningful
* A desire to step into a senior role with future leadership potential
