Responsibilities Assisting with procedures in the non-invasive cardiology department, inclusive of Holter Monitors, stress testing, TOE/DCR procedures and booking of patients for procedures.Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to book appropriate and timely procedures to achieve best patient outcomes.Demonstrate sound and collaborative communication and interpersonal skills and contribute to the development of policies and procedures, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Qualifications and requirements Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.Experience in a cardiology setting is desirable (as per Statement of Duties).
Must meet the essential criteria outlined in the Statement of Duties and Application Guide.Current eligibility to work in Australia.
Salary and conditions Salary: $78,179 to $105,995 per annum pro rata (Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Award, Registered Nurse, Grade 3-4).
Salary packaging and superannuation: 12% employer superannuation contribution on top of the base salary.Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type.Access to salary range progression to Grade 4 subject to progression requirements.Benefits include Professional development, study leave, and Fitness Passport (40+ facilities).
