**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the media team by coordinating account management activities for multiple clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support client onboarding process, including setting up new business documents, creating project timelines, and preparing materials for client meetings.
* Maintain accurate records of campaign performance metrics, ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms.
* Assist in preparing regular reports and presentations for clients, using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all assets are received and uploaded correctly, meeting deadlines and brand guidelines.
* Provide support for special projects and events, including vendor coordination and logistics planning.
* Conduct research to identify trends and insights related to advertising industry and media landscape.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
* Proven experience in media account coordination or similar role within advertising industry.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
* Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
