About the Role
Align Allied Recruitment has partnered up with a multidisciplinary paediatric clinic who isre seeking passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapists to join their Williamstown team. This role focuses on delivering play-based, neuro-affirming, sensory-informed, and trauma-aware therapy to children with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and sensory processing challenges.
Therapy is delivered across clinic, home, school and early learning centres, providing variety in your caseload and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in children's daily lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments and create individualised intervention plans
* Support goals around fine/gross motor skills, sensory regulation, play, school readiness, and independence
* Provide parent coaching and practical strategies for everyday routines
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals and educators
* Deliver services flexibly across multiple settings to meet family needs
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Occupational Therapist (Bachelor's or Master's) with AHPRA registration
* Experience or strong interest in paediatric and neurodiverse populations
* A family-centred and strengths-based approach to therapy
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Ability to work independently while supported by a caring team
