Sales Engineer – Pumps
Position Overview:
* We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing solutions using positive displacement pumps in the mining sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Report to the Sales Manager with regular updates on key actions and progress.
* Engage in customer-facing sales activities, including identifying client needs for suitable pumps and achieving sales targets.
* Organize field trials as required and maintain CRM systems accurately.
* Travel throughout Western Australia to service current clients and expand the client database.
Requirements:
* Experience in process engineering is essential, and at least 3 years of experience in mining sales is preferred.
* A background in mechanical or technical sales and skilled negotiation abilities are highly valued.
* Strong strategic planning skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and various CRM systems are also required.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the mining industry and be able to conduct PowerPoint presentations.
