**About the Role**:
- Attend to customer enquiries (via phone) regarding their loans (post settlement)
- Ensure all enquiries are actioned accurately and professionally within SLA
- Liaise with third parties where required to service customers effectively
- Attempting to retain customers where possible (e. those looking to discharge)
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts including data entry into the core banking system as required
- Manage loan file administration post-settlement
- Strive to service each customer with excellence, ensuring that customer needs are met
**About You**:
- 1-2 years' experience in a contact centre environment
- Experience in mortgages and/or commercial property is essential
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- You are resilient and adaptable
- Superior customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills; verbal and written**
