Social Worker/Counsellor (Wellbeing)
The College Counsellor/Social Worker or Mental Health Clinician is an integral member of the College Wellbeing Team at St Mary's College, responsible for maintaining student wellbeing and learning engagement. In conjunction with the Principal, Deputy Principal Pastoral Care, Director of Wellbeing and K-12 Student Services team, the Counsellor provides a professional service to enhance the social, emotional and behavioural skills of each student, facilitating successful educational outcomes.
