Essential/Desirable Requirements
Experience working with students with disability or diverse learning needsThe ability to develop and differentiate learning to achieve Individualised Curriculum Plan's (ICP's)The ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (teacher aides, therapists, families)Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)Knowledge of Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) strategiesExperience supporting students with sensory needsPrevious experience in a special education or inclusive learning environment
