About the role and where you will be working
As a valued team member, you'll be part of our wider clinical team that provides quality & client-focused care in people's homes.
We're committed to offering tailored services and making the time we spend with clients as valuable as possible.
This is a part time position located at our Southern Cross East Fremantle home.
Available shifts
Tuesdays
Thursdays

About you
Problem solving comes naturally to you, and you don't sweat the small stuff.
This role would be well-suited if you have some aged care or community care experience.
You're comfortable working on your own with wounds, diabetic treatment, continence & medication support.
Requirements
AHPRA registration.
Initiative and the ability to multitask.
Great interpersonal & communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn & use new software for record keeping.
2 years acute nursing or aged care experience (preferred).
