Responsible for shaping and delivering Beverage category strategy, this role provides commercial leadership across Crown's three Australian resorts in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.The Group Category Manager will lead strategic sourcing, supplier performance and commercial planning activities, balancing national scale with local operating needs. Working closely with senior stakeholders and Category Leads, this role drives sustainable cost savings, improves supplier outcomes and ensures procurement strategies support operational excellence, innovation and long‐term business value.Key responsibilities include:* Developing and executing Beverage category strategies and procurement plans aligned to business needs* Leading strategic sourcing initiatives to optimise cost, quality, delivery and supplier performance* Delivering multi‐year savings and cost avoidance targets that benefit Business Unit P&Ls* Building and managing strategic supplier partnerships, contracts and supplier risk* Partnering with internal stakeholders and site purchasing teams to deliver consistent procurement outcomes**About You**This role suits a commercially focused procurement leader with deep category expertise and a proven ability to deliver value through strategic sourcing and stakeholder engagement. You will bring the ability to manage competing demands and autonomously deliver a category strategy* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance or a related discipline* experience in Category Management and sourcing within hospitality, FMCG or strategic procurement environments* A strong track record of delivering sustained cost reduction and value creation initiatives* Highly developed influencing, negotiation and supplier relationship management skills* Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levelsOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
