About The Role

This role manages daily and EOM/EOFY Financier reporting; Project support and testing; ongoing process review and improvement of funder transactions; GL reconciliations; staff training and WI manuals. Where appropriate perform investigations and reconciliation in order to achieve the desirable data integrity between SG Fleet and relevant financers.

Tasks And Responsibilities

* EOM fleet reports for AU, NZ and UK, ad-hoc reporting.
* Transactional processing with Financiers - review, validation and communication to the relevant financiers.
* Provide support to the team and SG Fleet internal teams through AUFIM, e-mail requests and ITC tickets - investigations of bugs, errors, and corrections in the SG Fleet systems; manual Interest rate pricing updates; clients and COF pricing updates.
* Projects support, review and testing, requirements analysis and review and application of change management where required.
* Funder/ SG Fleet portfolio comparison and analysis in excel; support the team in the investigation of discrepancies and corrections between SG Fleet systems and financier systems. Liaise with relevant internal parties and financier contacts to review processes and implement changes and improvements to gain efficiencies.
* Train guide them to effective job responsibilities completion.

Skills And Experience

* Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce as well as qualified CPA/CA or Equivalent qualifications.
* Superior problem-solving skills and follow through to complete resolution.
* Advance Excel skills a must. Together with experience in working with spreadsheets and providing analysis on trends and movements.
* Analytical skills on financial or management reports and has desire for continuous process improvements to gain better efficiency.
* Ability to work with multiple systems and diverse set of task and processes.
* Proven customer service and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise, lead and motivate others.
