The Role
As an educator, you will be responsible for providing educational support to students with varying abilities. You will work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individualized education plans, ensuring students receive the best possible education. Your focus on relationships and professional growth will enable you to engage all children, families, and stakeholders in developing a culturally responsive and inclusive school.
You will have the opportunity to continue your own professional growth and development with a forward-thinking team, using evidence-based teaching and learning programs, and implementing our agreed pedagogical framework. Successful educators will ideally have a comprehensive understanding of teaching students with disabilities and knowledge of Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC).
