• Interact with Visitors and Guests
• Provide first class Guest service
• Answer and direct calls in a professional manner
• Maintain phone log
• Provide administration support
• General clerical duties
• Fulfill administration requirements of Management
• Operate fuel console & cash till
• Complete cash, EFTPOS, cheque & account transactions
• Complete daily reconciliations of all forms of payment
• Manage end of month accounts
• Have adequate computer literacy skills
