Main Responsibilities
* Drive Market Growth and Share
* Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
* Develop and execute product strategies to increase market penetration and gain competitive advantage in key sectors.
Support Sales Enablement and Customer Solutions
* Provide technical training, tools, and materials to support the sales and distribution network.
* Act as a product expert, helping to tailor solutions to customer applications.
Manage Product Lifecycle and Portfolio
* Oversee the introduction, maintenance, and phase-out of products based on market demand and profitability.
* Collaborate with global or regional teams to localise the portfolio for Australian conditions.
Ensure Regulatory and Standards Compliance
* Maintain product alignment with Australian standards and electrical safety regulations.
* Liaise with industry bodies to ensure all products meet energy, safety, and performance requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Facilitate and drive budgeted sales and margin performance for agreed product groups and business segments.
* Prepare and finalise budgets for product streams with analysis and justification.
* Compile reports, analyse, make recommendations, and take corrective action for any performance gaps.
