About Us:
Xceed Health is a multidisciplinary sports and rehabilitation centre serving the Hunter Region. Our team of physiotherapists, exercise scientists and remedial massage therapists provide evidence‑based care to help clients stay active, recover from injuries and achieve their performance goals.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for musculoskeletal and sporting injuries.
• Deliver manual therapy, exercise prescription and patient education to optimise recovery and prevent re‑injury.
• Manage a varied caseload including sports people, gym enthusiasts, post‑operative clients and general population.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and treatment records.
• Liaise with referring doctors, coaches and other health professionals when necessary to ensure holistic care.
• Look after professional sporting teams as required in-season

Requirements:
• Bachelor/Masters of Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and full AHPRA registration.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills with a hands‑on approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in private practice is desirable but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Current professional indemnity insurance and Working With Children Check.
