Qualifications & Experience
* Experience working in Customer Service roles
* Office administration experience desirable, but not essential
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Current drivers license required
* Police Clearance required
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Reception duties from 9-5pm, Monday to Friday
* Office reception duties, including taking phone calls, incoming emails, handling enquiries, filing/sorting and general office duties
* Assist sales team with marketing campaigns, including flyer distribution, social media and client contact
* Receipting of rental payments and managing Tenant accounts
* Managing of Rent and Invoice Arrears
* Organising home opens and attending as required
* Processing Tenancy Applications and providing reports for Owner review
* Assist Property Manager with required daily tasks
* Cover Property Manager's leave when required
