Altitude is seeking Junior and Senior Full Stack .Net Developers to join a leading legal-tech company based in Brisbane, QLD.
Join an established engineering team building scalable, cloud-based SaaS products using C#, .NET, React, and modern DevOps practices.
This opportunity is ideal for junior and senior Full Stack .NET Developers who want to work on end-to-end solutions, contribute to well-architected systems, and grow their careers in a product-led environment that values clean code, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain full stack software solutions across front-end and back-end services
* Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive, high-quality outcomes
* Contribute to technical specifications, solution design, and delivery planning
* Identify risks, performance issues, and improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions
* Refactor and enhance existing codebases to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability
Key Requirements:
* Commercial experience with C#, .NET, TypeScript, React, and SQL (depth of experience aligned to junior or senior level)
* Experience working across both front-end and back-end development in modern web applications
* Understanding of sound software engineering practices, including SOLID principles, event-driven architecture, and test-driven development
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to balance effort and impact
* A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in continuous learning and improvement
