Job Overview:
The Business & Executive Support Officer role is a key position within the department, providing administrative support to the Director of the Large Scale Partnerships team.
This experienced individual will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, offering a range of administration services including managing correspondence, email, and calendar requirements, as well as coordinating reporting, meetings, and workflow.
The successful candidate will act as a pivotal point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, having proven experience dealing with a variety of key stakeholders. They will work collaboratively across administrative and project coordination activities.
* Maintain accurate records of work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and departmental policies.
* Take care for personal health and safety and that of others in the workplace by following legislative requirements and occupational health and safety (OHS) policies.
* Demonstrate how actions and outcomes impact clients and the department's ability to deliver support and services.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
A highly skilled administrator with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
Proven experience in providing administrative support, including managing correspondence, email, and calendar requirements.
Ability to coordinate reporting, meetings, and workflow, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with occupational health and safety policies and procedures, as well as legislative requirements related to record-keeping and client confidentiality.
