Care Designer
We service Springfield to Sherwood, Ipswich to Logan.
This role is predominantly based in the Logan region, however a willingness to travel within the entirety outlined above is essential, WFH for Admin.

As a Care Designer you hold a key role at Nurse Next Door, a role that is centred around:
* Clinical Compliance;
* Team Leadership;
* Business Development; and
* Client Experience
You are responsible for the day to day operations related to driving business results through consult conversations, client care delivery and client experience, people leadership, and administration.
About you:
* Flexibility in availability is required - the position is full time and includes being on-call during evenings and on weekends (once a month)
* AHPRA registration
* Experienced Nursing background
* Leadership and/or People Management experience
* CPR and First Aid Certification
* National Police Check (Aged care specific)
* Car and valid driver's license
* Yellow Card and Blue Card
* NDIS Workers Modules Certification
* Strong computer skills, proficient in G-Suite (Docs, sheet, drives, calendar)
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Intentional organisation, planning, time management and multi-tasking skills
* Demonstrated experience setting and achieving goals
