Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Chef Manager to lead our kitchen operations at a 134-bed aged care facility.
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the kitchen
* Lead and motivate a team of Cooks and Kitchen Hands
* Collaborate with Dietitians and Speech Pathologists to design menus that meet consumer needs
* Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve efficiency
* Conduct regular quality control checks on food preparation and cooking
Requirements:
* Proven track record as a Chef Manager, preferably in residential aged care
* Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination required
