**_ The Opportunity?_**
As the result of current work scope demands, **SIMPEC **has long-term opportunities for experienced **Advanced/Intermediate Riggers **to join our growing team.** **Reporting to the Supervisor (Rigging) and** **working locally at the **Kwinana** based** Cockburn Cement Upgrade (CCL) Project**, these positions will work an ongoing **Monday to Friday, 50-hour work week.**
**_ The Details?_**
**_ This _**Greenfields Project **is significant for the WA economy and will showcase the latest technologies in cement production, with the plant featuring a lower carbon footprint with CO2 emissions projected to reduce by up to 20% compared to existing operations.
- ASAP start, with at least 12 months of work
- A Monday to Friday work week - 50 working hours per week including rostered overtime.
- 6:30 am start - 5:00 pm finish
- Rates and allowances include but are not limited to:
- $41.61 per hour with penalties
- $17.43 per day travel allowance
- $2.50 per hour worked Project Incentive Payment (PIP) - paid out at project completion
- 1.75 ordinary hours per week severance
**_ About You?_**
- Always lead by example with respect to health and safety on site, contributing and complying with all site safety initiatives and procedures, and embracing the SIMPEC SIMSafe culture framework.
- Previous experience working as an **Advanced or Intermediate Rigger** on a construction project, ideally within the resources industry.
- Hold a **Construction Card** (WA White Card)
- Hold a current **HRWL** with **Work Platform (WP)** and **Advanced/Intermediate Rigger (RA, RI)**:
- Hold **Working at Heights** (from within the last 2 years)
- Comfortable building positive and productive working relationships with your colleagues and relevant site stakeholders.
