Early Childhood Educator Role
Papilio Early Learning Bathurst is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Kindy room. As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering the growth and development of young minds.

As an Early Childhood Teacher with Papilio Early Learning Bathurst, you will have the opportunity to design, implement and evaluate educational programs that cater to the individual needs of our children. You will also be responsible for motivating and leading a team of educators, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the National Quality Standards
* Motivate and lead a team of educators to achieve outstanding results
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
* Build strong relationships with families and the local community
Requirements:
* Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
* Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable)
* A current Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain
* Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
