Job Description
We are seeking experienced .NET Developers to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, cloud‐based digital solutions. You will play a key role in delivering modern web APIs and customer‐facing portal applications that support complex business and regulatory processes.
This is an opportunity to work within agile, cross‐functional teams, contributing to solution architecture, mentoring peers, and driving continuous improvement across development practices.
* Provide technical advice on systems development and solution design
* Design, develop, and maintain Azure‐based Web APIs and portal applications
* Apply secure coding standards and processes to deliver robust solutions
* Conduct peer reviews of code and infrastructure
* Build solutions aligned with application architecture documentation
* Ensure best practices, coding standards, and organisational guidelines are followed
* Create and review technical and release documentation
* Integrate multiple system components to deliver seamless end‐to‐end user experiences
* Communicate effectively with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
* Collaborate within agile delivery teams to meet business and user needs
* Mentor and support team members, encouraging collaboration and cross‐skilling
* Contribute to a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and quality delivery
* Undertake additional duties as required
Qualifications
* Significant years of experience delivering secure, web‐based business solutions
* Strong experience developing Web APIs and customer‐facing web portals using:
o .NET Framework and .NET Core
o ASP.NET
o Azure API Management
* Hands‐on experience with unit, integration, and automation testing, including:
o xUnit, NUnit
o Selenium, Playwright.NET
* Familiarity with the Information Security Manual (ISM) and applying security controls to solution design
* Strong experience producing and maintaining technical documentation
Demonstrated experience delivering and optimising cloud‐based solutions using Azure, including:
* Azure DevOps and Visual Studio (CI/CD pipelines, repositories, deployments)
* Integration with third‐party platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM)
* Refactoring and modernising legacy applications to maximise Azure cloud benefits
* Extensive hands‐on development experience across the Azure platform

* Experience working in Agile, multi‐disciplinary delivery teams
* Ability to adapt scope, priorities, and approach as new information emerges
* Strong collaboration skills within geographically dispersed teams
