About the Role
* Strategic Partnership: Anticipate the CEO's needs, identify priorities, and streamline decision-making through proactive problem-solving.
* Calendar & Inbox Management: Expertly organise a dynamic schedule—meetings, travel, events—and filter communications to ensure only the most critical items reach the CEO.
* Communication & Representation: Serve as a polished ambassador: draft correspondence, prepare briefing notes, and liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
* Project Coordination: Drive special initiatives from planning through delivery—preparing presentations, tracking progress, and ensuring follow-up actions are executed.
* Lifestyle Support: Ease personal and professional demands—managing appointments, family commitments and lifestyle logistics—so the CEO can focus on strategy and growth.
We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. You will have:
Key Qualifications
* 3+ years' Executive Assistant experience, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG.
* A skilful communicator—both written and verbal—who can craft clear, persuasive documents.
* An advanced Microsoft Office user (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) who can build polished reports and dashboards.
* A strategic thinker with a Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration (or similar).
* A discreet professional who values confidentiality and exercises good judgment under pressure.
