We are on the hunt for a Casual Retail Sales Consultants who are as passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience as we are.
About the Role
As part of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving and processing store sales and will ensure our customers continue to receive exceptional service with creative home styling solutions. This is a casual role, working a Saturday, Sunday and Monday. In a nutshell, you will:
* Provide an exceptional customer experience from the moment a customer walks through the door
* Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge
* Consistently meet and exceed sales, budgets and targets
* Assist with inventory management and replenishments
* Maintain a high level of housekeeping standards and assist with visual merchandising
* Delivering outstanding service, assisting customers with product enquiries, sales, and styling advice, whilst ensuring a seamless shopping experience across all touch points.
About you
You're passionate about providing outstanding customer service, you're a team player, and you love being on the shop floor! Ideally you'll also have:
* An ability to relate to our customers with engaging communication skills
* Sales experience, ideally in furniture or homewares
* Demonstrated success in a consultative sales environment
* Experience working with POS systems and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
* A willingness to learn and grow your skills
* Availability to work Saturday, Sunday and Monday weekly
In this role, you will assist in delivering exceptional customer experiences both in-store and online. You will engage with customers, provide product advice, support sales, and ensure the store is beautifully presented. Working closely with the retail and customer care teams, you will help create a seamless shopping journey, from answering enquiries to assisting with orders and styling recommendations.
