HR Business Partner – Christchurch

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a values‐driven organisation in Christchurch. This is a broad generalist role with real influence, giving you the chance to partner with leaders, shape people strategy, and make a tangible impact across the business.

What you'll do
* Provide trusted HR advice and guidance to managers at all levels
* Lead end‐to‐end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
* Manage employee relations matters with confidence and sound judgment
* Support workforce planning, organisational change, and HR projects
* Champion best practice HR and ensure compliance with NZ employment law
About you
* Experienced HR generalist with proven skills in ER, recruitment, and HR strategy
* Confident in influencing leaders and driving business‐focused outcomes
* Highly organised, pragmatic, and able to juggle multiple priorities
* Professional, solutions‐focused, and able to work autonomously
* Strong understanding of NZ employment legislation
