About the Role
This isn’t a hands-off strategy job. You’ll roll up your sleeves and execute across the entire funnel, from ad creative to lead generation and CRM. You’ll work closely with Sales and Brand to fuel the growth that supports our distributor model.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading paid campaigns across Meta and Google
* Managing the full funnel: ad → landing page → lead → CRM
* Testing creative, copy, and targeting to find what converts
* Running distributor promotions and keeping them on track
* Collaborating with Sales, Brand and Outbound teams
* Tracking CPL, conversion rates, and ROI (and acting fast)
* Optimising campaigns based on data, not guesswork
* Building reports that highlight wins and opportunities
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience with paid ads (Meta and Google are essential)
* A growth mindset - you’re all about performance and impact
* Solid knowledge of funnels, landing pages, and CRM tools
* Ability to juggle projects, priorities and platforms
* Sharp communication - you turn insights into action
* A love for testing, learning, and levelling up
* Bonus: Experience working with distributors or in the building/trade industry
