Due to growth we have an exciting new opportunity for a Development Manager to join Stockland's Apartments Business in NSW.

Reporting to the NSW Development Director this newly created role will deliver on Stockland's strategy relating to the growth in the Apartments, Mixed Use and Build to Rent sectors. This role will be based at our Sydney Head office on Castlereagh Street.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support Apartment led, Mixed Use, New Business opportunities including detailed design and feasibility assessments
- Support ongoing analysis of our existing pipeline to secure approvals and bring projects to market
- Participate in our culture of cross-divisional collaboration is fostered to maximise overall profitability by leveraging Stockland's mixed-use capabilities
- Coordinate the monitoring of market and competitor activity
- Building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure support for future Project Vision(s)
**About You**
- We are seeking an experienced professional with a track record working on Apartments projects
- You will have good understanding and experience across the full development cycle
- Commercial acumen, including site assessment and feasibility analysis
- You are a team player and enjoy working collaboratively
