The Role: Customer Service & Delivery Assistant
Reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager the position is based at our Store in Underwood. Working casually, you will demonstrate excellent customer service, providing support to the retail store team, through sales, delivery, and warehousing processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer sales support
- Provide technical advice to customers
- Deliver goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Home deliveries and installations of electrical and furniture appliances
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods as required
- Ensure immediate allocation of goods once booked in
- Check off daily manifests in preparation for next day deliveries
- Assist customers with collections from store
Skills / Qualifications
- Retail and Delivery experience
