We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our overnight team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone calls and emails.
Responsibilities:
* Register new customers and provide education on our services.
* Answer calls and emails efficiently and professionally, providing accurate information and completing transactions on behalf of the customer.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls and emails.
* Document team procedures and ensure they are followed correctly.
* Process customer KYC checks using various methods.
* Stay up-to-date with knowledge around our betting products.
* Making outbound calls to establish and develop relationships with current and prospective customers.
